How do I transfer data to and from my cluster?
One method is to use the client application available from your sales representative. Another option is to use a program to transfer files over the SSH protocol such as WinSCP on Windows or the scp/sftp commands on Linux. Using WinSCP, scp, or sftp requires a private key file that would have been e-mailed to you with installation instructions.. If you have a large amount of data, please contact one of our personnel and we will courier the data to your cluster for you.
How do I access the command line for my cluster?
On Windows, you need an SSH client such as PuTTY. Linux users can use the ssh command. Using PuTTY or ssh requires a private key file that would have been e-mailed to you with installation instructions.
